TagMaster has during a ten year period grown from a company with around 40 MSEK without any major profits to a company with close to 300 MSEK in sales and shown good profits for the last 8 years. This has been made possible through refocusing from a technical company with one product line (RFID for demanding applications and longer distances) to successively focus on the customers of the company and on what today is called ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) with a wider product portfolio and increased integration of products completed with software. This has been done through major organic growth as well as through acquisitions of technology as well as market position mainly in France, UK and the US.

ITS is a fast growing market driven by urbanization as well as by increasing environmental requirements. More efficient transport systems form the base for reduced emission from the transport sector, private and commercial traffic. Electronic and intelligent solutions based on modern sensors, new communication technology like LoRaWAN and 5G and software systems with AI (Artificial Intelligence) components are cornerstones in this development and it is also a description of the new TagMaster offering.

Since the company now is ready, through an expansive growth plan to take the company to the next level as one of or may be even the leading actor in ITS, The TagMaster nominating committee proposes a renewal and a reinforcement of the company board for the annual general meeting April 29^th.

TagMaster’s nominating committee proposes to expand the board to 6 (5) members and a deputy where Bernt Ingman and Magdalena Bonde are elected as new members. Bernt Ingman is proposed as new chairman of the board while the present members of the board, Rolf Norberg, Juan Vallejo, Margaretha Hagman and Gert Sviberg remain on the board as well as the company CEO, Jonas Svensson, continues as deputy.

Bernt has during the last couple of years been board member in several companies like Beijer Ref AB, Pricer AB and SBC(Sveriges Bostadsrätts Center AB) and he has before that had positions as CFO and some times CIO in companies like Doro, Gunnebo, Husqvarna, and Munters. He also has major experience from investor relations. Bernt has, where he has been active, created profitability and growth and he has also worked much with acquisition driven growth.

Magdalena is presently Group CEO for Eniro Group AB (publ). She has earlier had several positions as CEO, CCO and COO in bigger and smaller companies within telecom, e-commerce and media. Magdalena has a strong focus towards the commercial side, market and sales and major experience of digitalization. Stockholm, Sweden, September 5, 2012. The Board of Directors of TagMaster AB has decided to appoint Jonas Svensson as CEO of Tagmaster AB from October 1, 2012. The former interim CEO Sven Wramner will return to his position as interim CFO of the company.

Jonas Svensson comes from Northpoint Businees Innovation where he has been a management consultant. Previous experiences include among others CEO of Kinetico in Europe placed in Paris and creation of and buildup of his own business from zero to a listed company with around 200 MSEK turnover. Jonas has experiences from big as well as from small companies and he has worked in an international environment throughout his working life. The work has all the time been about sales and about generating business.

Kista, Stockholm, July 8 2008 – Dr. Andes de Paula will join TagMaster AB as Vice President Sales & Marketing in the beginning of August 2008. He will have global responsibility and be part of the Management Team of TagMaster AB.

Dr. Andes de Paula, born in 1968, comes from an advisor position at Post- & Telestyrelsen (PTS) in Sweden. Prior to PTS he received his ph.D., on the topic of “Dynamics of Corporate Strategy”. He started his ph.D. studied after a CEO position at EDGE Mobility Holding AB in early 2000. In addition, Dr. de Paula has seven years of Sales & Marketing experience at Netcom Consultants (USA & Brazil) and Ericsson (Sweden & Brazil).

Mr. Gang kommer att börja sin anställning på TagMasters Shanghaikontor den 1.a december. Huvuduppgiften är att bygga upp en effektiv säljorganisation för att säkra TagMasters tillväxt på den expansiva kinesiska marknaden. Arbetet kommer att ske i nära samarbete med TagMaster i Sverige och det nätverk som byggts upp i Kina under ett flertal år.

Mr. Gang har en genuin bakgrund med en civilingenjörsexamen i elektroteknik i Kina och en MBA i Europa. Mr. Gang, som är holländsk medborgare, har mycket lång erfarenhet från europeisk affärsverksamhet och har senast arbetat för Philips i Holland och Kina i åtta år. På senare år har han bl.a. haft befattningar som Senior consultant on business and marketing strategy på Philips Business Electronics och General Manager för Philips Business Unit Broadcasting i Kina.

Mr. Gang will start his employment at the Shanghai office as of December 1st.
